I'll take heat for these remarks certainly but from the trenches of IT, this is real experience.

Unfortunately Apple support seems to not care much about their OS being supported in terms of Enterprise use, they will make some change that apparently isn't communicated to Enterprise software vendors who are mostly left to figure it out on their own and Apple just claims that problems like this are the vendor's responsibility. However, macOS 10.15.4 does not offer such a possibility, making the latest version of Netscaler Gateway not work.
I did a brief check on that last week but came up empty handed. Under macOS version 10.15.3, the extensions used by Citrix Netscaler Gateway could be allowed in the Security settings under System Preferences, as suggested in this serverfault answer. Ideally, Citrix would have an LTSR version that like on Windows, keeps the same functionality but receives security fixes.

I think Workspace on MacOS has been a moving target for the past year or so, every update has required an update to Workspace. Client device has direct internet access. Enable Enhanced Protected Mode is unticked Enable third-party browser extensions is ticked Citrix HDXJsInjector addon is enabled in Internet Explorer confirmed this on both the VDA and also in the Citrix session itself. Workspace versions for MacOS are pretty specific as to the OS version, so rolling back to a previous version of Workspace may be difficult. I’ve also tested this in IE and it’s not working for me. If you're running a recent version of Workspace, connecting to an outdated environment won't work due to the fact that Citrix have deprecated old SSL Ciphers that are deemed unsafe. If you are having problems opening Software Center or do not see Citrix.

A lot of this is dependent upon the environment you're connecting to, are they running recent versions of the Citrix Backend components and assuming there is a Netscaler in the picture, is that fairly up to date. Choose the link below to install the Citrix Workspace for your specific. I will add that I've had a few people that while using Safari they could not connect, found that using Chrome, the applications would launch, so that's worth a try if you haven't already. Not a desirable situation, but one I have to support. I know we have users (running Windows) where we've had to roll them back to an older version of the software so that they can access a third-party Citrix environment. At any rate, you need to open a ticket with your company IT team to see if they can offer any suggestions, it's possible that they've not kept the company Citrix environment up to date and your version of Citrix Workspace no longer supports the older SSL ciphers still being used in your environment. With many companies sending workers home to work, your companies IT staff is probably a bit busy as is the case with my group.
These are both backend services that you would not have any access to. Netscaler is a gateway device that your company may or may not use, they could be using any manor of load-balancing gateway device, but in any case it would need to properly support the SSL/TLS ciphers being used when your PC connects to the environment. Storefront is the Website you go to to launch applications (Unless you use the Workspace application directly).
